You're charged immediately when you subscribe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly). You can cancel anytime — your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your country. EU businesses can enter their VAT ID to apply the reverse charge mechanism.
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), iDEAL, Bancontact, and Apple Pay. Payments are processed by Mollie, our EU payment provider — your card details never touch our servers.
Cancelling doesn't refund the current period — your plan stays active until the end of what you've paid for. Switching a yearly plan to a smaller one is different: the unused remainder is refunded to your payment method automatically, and the exact amount is shown before you confirm the change. The Personal plan is free forever, so you can always try Pulse before committing.
